The High Roller House is ready — pool table racked, theater preloaded, fridge stocked with a welcome round of drinks on us. Your host, Danny, left a bottle of Clase Azul on the kitchen island. It's not for mixing.
Danny is available around the clock. Text before you call — he responds faster.
Two-car garage plus two more in the driveway — four vehicles total. Street parking on Via Visione is permitted but not recommended overnight. The HOA monitors it and issues $75 citations after midnight. Use the garage and driveway.
One link covers it all — door code, game room setup, WiFi, house rules, Strip tips. No app, no login, works on any phone from anywhere in the world.
Send it to the group before the flight so nobody's asking basic questions when they could be racking the pool table.
Tap Share in your browser, then "Add to Home Screen." Instant access like an app — no download, no data plan needed once loaded.
We want you to have the best Vegas trip of your life. These rules exist so the house stays in shape for the next group — and so you get your full deposit back. Follow them and you're welcome back anytime.
⚠️ HOA violations, unauthorized parties, or occupancy breaches may result in immediate removal without refund and additional charges up to $2,000. This neighborhood has active security.
The lower level game room and main floor theater are the centerpiece of The High Roller House. Everything is set up and ready — just power on and play. Full instructions below for each system.
The theater seats 8 on the main sectional plus 2 on the recliner chairs in the back. 120" 4K laser projector with Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround. It hits hard — fair warning.
⚠️ No food on the pool table felt. No drinks on the arcade machine. No steel-tip darts. Damage to game room equipment will be charged at replacement cost. The theater projector lamp is $400 — do not force-cut the power while it's running.
Garage fits 2 cars — code is the same as the front door: 7771. Two more spots in the driveway. No street parking after midnight per HOA — towing is enforced. If your group has 5+ cars, the Allegiant Stadium overflow lot is 12 minutes away and free overnight.
Washer and dryer are in the laundry room off the kitchen hallway. Tide Pods on the shelf above — one per load. Samsung SmartThings washer: press Power, select your cycle, press Start. The dryer runs 45–50 minutes on Normal. Vegas dust is real — shake everything out before washing.
Full-size iron and ironing board are in the master bedroom closet. Handheld garment steamer is on the upper shelf — perfect for getting dressed for a night out without setting up the board. Fill with tap water (Vegas tap is hard — use the filtered water from the fridge dispenser for best results), heat 90 seconds, hold 2 inches from fabric.
Full chef's kitchen — 6-burner gas range, double drawer dishwasher, large island with bar seating for 6. Keurig and a full-size drip coffee maker on the counter, pods in the drawer below. Dishwasher pods under the sink. The fridge has a filtered water and ice dispenser — use this for drinking and the steamer, not the tap.
We stock the fridge with basics on arrival: water, soft drinks, and a welcome round of drinks. Everything beyond that is on you.
Nest thermostats in the main hallway and master bedroom. Pre-set to 72°F. Vegas summers are brutal — the system works hard. Do not set below 68°F or it will freeze up. If it stops cooling, check that all doors and windows are closed and give it 20 minutes. Still not working — text Danny immediately.
Airbnb and VRBO charge a service fee of 12–16% on top of every booking. On a house like this, that's real money — often $200–400 per stay — for a platform you'll never interact with again once you check in.
Book direct and keep it. Same house. Same host. Zero middleman.
Bachelor parties, birthday weekends, work retreats, fantasy draft weekends — if someone you know is heading to Vegas and needs a home base that isn't a $500/night hotel room, send them here. You get paid for the introduction.
No answering service. No auto-reply. When you text, you get Danny — a Las Vegas local who has lived here 12 years and knows every shortcut, every back entrance, and every maitre d' worth knowing. If he's unavailable, his co-host Marco picks up.
Under 10 minutes typical. If it's urgent, say so in the first word of your text.
Vegas is the city where everything moves fast. A filtered platform message system that takes 4 hours to route through a support queue has no place here. You're at a premium property — you get a premium host. Direct line, real answers, real time.
Enter your total stay cost and number of guests in your party — we'll do the math.
Vegas group trips fall apart fast without a single thread. Get the whole crew into one chat before anyone lands so no one is wandering around baggage claim without a plan.
The hero shot is the game room with the pool table lit and the arcade glowing behind it — shoot it from the back corner at night with the bar lights on. It looks like a set.
Other standouts: the theater during a movie with the projector beam visible in the dark, the poker table mid-game with chips in play, and the pool at dusk with the city lights in the background.
Tag @highrollerhouselv on Instagram or send your best shots to Danny. We feature guest photos in the guide and listing — always with your permission first.
Harry Reid International is 20 minutes away. Uber surge hits hard on Sunday mornings — book your ride by 9 AM if you have an early flight. A review takes 2 minutes and means everything. If anything wasn't perfect, text Danny before you post — he will make it right.
🚨 If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not wait.

The Raiders moved here. The Golden Knights won the Cup. The Aces are back-to-back WNBA champs. The A's just arrived. And Vegas hosts more major boxing and MMA events than anywhere on earth.

Engineering marvel. Tours leave every 30 minutes. The powerplant tour goes inside — worth it. Lake Mead is drying up but still photogenic from the dam overlook. No reservation needed for the standard tour.
Full-day commitment. Leave by 5 AM, arrive at the rim by 9 AM, 3 hours at the canyon, back by 7 PM. Or fly — 25-minute helicopter tours leave from Boulder City Airport every hour. Life-changing either way.
Nevada's oldest state park. The red sandstone formations look like Mars. Elephant Rock and Arch Rock are the hero shots. Go at golden hour for unreal photos.
Day passes at Strip resort pools have become one of the best-kept Vegas secrets. For $50–150, your group gets access to pools that cost $400/night to sleep next to. Book in advance — pools cap out.
Clubs on the Strip are world-class but expensive. Bottles start at $500–$1,000 minimum. If your group wants to dance without the spend, the bar-hop route below is unbeatable.
The best events calendar in Vegas is updated daily. Danny checks it every week — text him for a personal pull on what's actually worth going to this weekend.
You can buy anything in Las Vegas — from luxury flagship stores to vintage thrift. Everything is under climate-controlled glass and walking distance from a casino. Dangerous combination.
Born in Chicago, moved to Las Vegas in 2012 and never left. 12 years of living in this city means I know where the tourists go and where the locals actually are — and I'll tell you the difference without being asked.
The High Roller House has been in my family for 6 years. I've put every good thing I know about Vegas into this guide. Everything in here is a real recommendation — I don't take commission, I don't have sponsorships. I just want you to have the best trip of your life and come back.
If something isn't right in the house, text me before you post a review. I will fix it. I've never had a problem I couldn't solve when someone gave me the chance. I take hosting personally — this property has my name on it even if it doesn't say so.
