Every event is different — guest count, complexity, and timeline all factor in. We send a custom proposal after a brief 10-minute conversation about your event. No upsells, no hidden tiers, no subscription trap. One transparent engagement.
60 days from launch — typically 30 days before the event through 30 days after. If you need it longer, we can extend the engagement.
One round of revisions is included with every guide. After that, small tweaks can be handled individually, or you can manage your own edits through a content dashboard.
The photo wall is private by default — only people with your guide link can view or upload. You can set it to "lock until reveal" (perfect for surprise parties) or make it download-only for the host. The gallery auto-deletes 60 days after your event unless you save it.
Absolutely. Our standard engagement covers events up to 200 guests. For events with 200+ guests or multi-day complexity (e.g., conferences, festivals), we put together a custom proposal — just inquire and we'll have a conversation.

If we haven't started building your guide yet, full refund — no questions. Once we've delivered the first draft, the project is non-refundable (you have the work product). We've never had to refuse a refund yet.
